Coconut, butterfly pea flower tea, sake popsicles
Ingredients:
Blue popsicles:
1 cup butterfly pea flower tea * (butterfly pea flower tea turns purple in acidic solutions)
1/4 cup sake (more or less to taste, sake does change the color of the tea to purple; as alcohol is naturally acidic)
sugar to taste (I used maple syrup, but it did darken the tea's intense blue; you can use any sugar and add the sugar to the tea before it cools down)

*To brew blue butterfly pea flower tea:
1 TBS blue butterfly pea flower tea
1 cup filtered hot water 100°C 3-5 mins
let it cool to the room temperature

Coconut:
1 can of coconut cream
1 seeds of vanilla bean pod
nigori - unfiltered sake to taste
maple syrup to taste

Instructions:
Mix the blue popsicle ingredients (separately)
Mix the coconut popsicle ingredients (separately)
Pour mixture into the popsicles molds
Freeze for 8 hours +
Run the outside of the molds under running water
Remove the popsicles from the molds
