Blueberry jam on a toast

I found this 2 ingredients blueberry jam on @aprettylife’s page, love it!  I followed her ratio, just made a smaller batch, used unrefined sugar, next time will try a different form of healthy sugar :).

Ingredients: 

4 cups blueberries

1 cup raw cane sugar 


ratio 4 (blueberries) :1 (sugar) 

Instructions:

Sterilize the jars with hot water 

Combine blueberries and sugar in a skillet with low medium heat

Stir constantly 

(The original recipe suggests to use a potato masher to crush the blueberries, I only used a wooden spoon to crush them while stirring) 

Keep stirring until the mixture thickens into a paste (about 30 mins) 

Remove from heat, let the mixture cool completely before putting them into the jars

Enjoy!
