Iced matcha latte
Ingredients:
Ice ball
1 tsp / about 4 chashaku (bamboo scoop ) Matcha powder, I use Three Tea Bowls latte grade matcha
60 ml filtered water
60ml homemade almond milk
Sweetener (optional)
Instructions:
Sift matcha powder into a chawan (matcha bowl)
Add room temperature water, whisk briskly in an “M” shape pattern (with a chasen - bamboo whisk) until matcha froths to a foam.
Place an ice ball into a chilled glass
Pour matcha into the glass
Add cold almond milk (+ sweetener, optional)
