Matcha chia seed pudding
Serving: 2 small cups
Ingredients:
3/4 cup almond milk, or (2/4 cup almond milk + 1/4 cup coconut water)
3 TBS chia seeds
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tsp maple syrup (please feel free to add more, because I like 100% dark chocolate, and I drink plain good quality matcha :) )
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Suggested toppings:
@go.raw sweet cinnamon
banana, strawberries, blackberries
edible flowers
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk to combine matcha powder (sift the matcha powder to avoid clumps), maple syrup and almond milk ( I use an electric frother)
Add chia seeds, mix well with a spoon
Pour the mixture into a bowl (or two small cups), sit in the fridge for a few hours/overnight
*Give the mixture a stir after an hour in the fridge to avoid chia seeds staying at the bottom
Add toppings
