Pink kale chips - hibiscus, pink peppercorn kale Chips

Ingredients:

1 bunch of curly kales or red kales

1/4 cup tahini

Juice of 1 lemon

3 TBS olive oil

1 TBS garlic powder

1 TBS onion powder

4 TBS water

1 TBS soy sauce (Nama shoyu, soy sauce that has not been pasteurized)

1 tsp date syrup ( I used Just Date Syrup)

1 tsp hibiscus powder

1 tsp ground pink peppercorn

Instructions:

Rinse and dry kales

Discard large stems

Break kales into smaller pieces

Add tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, water, soy sauce, date syrup into a mixing bowl, mix well

Sieve hibiscus powder into the mixture, mix well

Add kales, mix thoroughly (I like to use my hands)

Place the kales on the dehydrator sheets, spread evenly

Sprinkle ground pink peppercorn on top

Set the temperature at 115 F, dehydrate until dry and crispy

Store them in an air-tight container
