Easy vegan dark chocolate mousse
Ingredients:
44g cacao paste
22g cacao butter
1/4 cup hazelnut butter
2 TBS maple syrup (if you have a sweet tooth, you can add more)
1.5 TBS rum
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 cup water
1/2 box silken tofu (200g)
Instructions:
Melt the cacao paste and cacao butter in a double boiler
Add all the ingredients, including the melted cacao butter and cacao paste to the blender
Blend until smooth
Pour them into glasses
Chill overnight Serve, enjoy!
