Raw juice pulp pizza crust /crackers
I fell in love with slow juicing, and there is just too much juice pulp that I don’t wanna waste, and there it comes to these raw crackers/pizza crust :)
Raw juice pulp pizza crust /crackers
Ingredients:
2 cups cashews pulp (no nut pulp ? click here for a modified recipe)
2 cups pumpkin seeds meal (I use @go_raw sprouted pumpkin seed, grind them using a food processor)
4 tbsp flaxseed soaked ( 4 tbs flaxseeds + 5 tbsp filtered water; soak for a few hours to overnight)
7 cups juice pulp
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp green curry powder
Tamari to taste
1.5 tsp Himalayan salt
Handful of sprouted pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mix well
Place the mixture on the dehydrator sheets, spread thinly and evenly with an offset spatula
Set the temperature at 115 F, dehydrate until dry and crispy (it takes quite a long time, overnight to 24 hours)
