Blue spirulina chia pudding
Serving: 1
Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup almond milk
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon blue spirulina powder
1 teaspoon maple syrup (please feel free to add more, because I like 100% dark chocolate, and I drink plain good quality matcha :) )
2 scoops protein powder (optional)
Toppings:
1 cup of blueberries
edible flowers (optional)
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk to combine spirulina powder, protein powder, maple syrup and almond milk ( I use an electric frother)
Add chia seeds, mix well with a spoon
Pour the mixture into a bowl, sit in the fridge for a few hours/overnight
Add blueberries
Add edible flowers
